9:48AM: Again, a slow and steady start to the calorie intake with a 15-minute pre-breakfast work. Although the choice of a hotsilog package for breakfast is, again, not a healthy choice, it beats going to either Jollibee or McDo for a larger calorie-laden breakfast meal.
2:30PM: It was good that the 446-cal lunch at Reyes Barbeque at Greenbelt with my wife was coupled with some walking to and fro the office-Enterprise-and back.
5:55PM: The bacon-chicken combo sandwich from The Sandwich Guy was filling and more on the healthy side. I think I'll have a breakfast sandwich from there tomorrow :)
9:31PM: Controlled myself from the binge of pancit made from instant noodles, cooked bihon-style with the usual sahog of veggies and pieces of meat. With that controlled dinner, my total cals for the day peaks at close to 1,650 and with several brisk walks earlier today, I'm sure that over thousand calorie count wasn't maintained.
